If you have registered for emails from the Scarsdale High School PTA, but feel that you are not receiving the e-mails, there are a number of things that you should check:
1. Check http://www.shspta.org/emailssentout2007.htm to see whether you actually have missed e-mails, or perhaps none were sent out. This web page is an archive of every e-mail sent out.
2. Is your SHS PTA email going to a bulk, spam or junk mail folder? The SHS PTA email list is over 1000 email addresses, which to most Internet Service Providers translates to bulk mail. Check your bulk, spam or junk mail folder and make sure that SHSPTA10583@aol.com is on your "safe list" of email senders.
3. SEND an e-mail to SHSPTA10583@aol.com . Many ISPs automatically set up all "send" e-mail addresses as "safe ones". Please make the subject line: TEST SEND TO SHSPTA.
4. If none of these things work, please try registering again. If you sign up a second time with all of the same information, it will be noted and we can work together to resolve the issue. Alternatively, send an email to SHSPTA10583@aol.com stating that you have tried to register twice, and are still not getting emails.
